Lessons Learned from an EPM deployment with 2500+ Projects, 15,000+ Resource Names and 350+ SharePoint Sites
Bio: Jim Marhoefer has over 20 years experience in the information systems industry, with a background of increasingly responsible positions in Enterprise Program Management, Portfolio Management and Resource Management. His most recent position as an EPM Deployment Lead, includes a large scale deployment of Microsoft Project Web Access, Project Server 2007, and Windows SharePoint 3.0. Jim has also been involved in the 2007 Customer Advisory Program and the 2009 EPM Customer Community. Jim is participating in the 2010 TAP program currently with a Beta roll out. An RTM deployment is planned for the Spring of 2010.
